What does the Content team do?
Content is responsible for developing & managing the educational content that lives within our LMS platforms.
When does Support interact with Content?

Any time there is a content related issue & support has an example or can replicate the issue on our end.

Some examples of Content issues are…

Incorrect or missing information on an assignment

Correct answer choices marked as incorrect or vice versa

Issues with linked third-party content
