What does the Content team do?

Content is responsible for developing & managing the educational content that lives within our LMS platforms.

When does Support interact with Content?

  • Any time there is a content related issue & support has an example or can replicate the issue on our end.

  • Some examples of Content issues are…

    • Incorrect or missing information on an assignment

    • Correct answer choices marked as incorrect or vice versa

    • Issues with linked third-party content

 

Anyone in Support can submit content bugs (this is done within TFS). For guides and info on TFS, click HERE.
